PREPARATION

LAFAC plaster mortar in bags is prepared in a concrete mixer or manually. Add 4.0 liters of water for each bag of mortar (0.16 liters / kg). Depending on the application, it can reach 4.5 liters (0.18 liters / kg of mortar), homogeneity in the mortar is very important. different pastures, for a correct finish in the rendered renderings The mortar use time is approximately 45 minutes, depending on the environmental conditions.

The support must be clean, damp and resistant. Do not apply to paint, plaster or dissolvable surfaces.

In case of irregular walls, a leveling layer with mortar must be made. The facing to be made must be damp, not saturated with water, for a correct adherence of the mortar. And then carry out the trowelling operation. It is convenient to moisten the finished work to obtain a resistant render.

For plastering or rendering, it is recommended to give it a fluid consistency, drainage > 190 mm

The mortar use time in optimal conditions is 45 minutes, depending on the weather.

It is recommended not to use them when it is expected that the temperatures in the setting process could exceed 35 °C or the temperature could drop below 4 °C.
