USES AND APPLICATIONS

LAFAC dry concrete is intended for different applications such as:

Rehabilitation in general, screeds of slabs with reduced weight, insulating concrete both thermal and acoustic.

MIX PREPARATION

LAFAC light dry concrete must be mixed in a concrete mixer, to achieve a homogeneous concrete, incorporating approximately 15% water, about 3 liters per bag, thereby obtaining a soft consistency cone (6-9 Abrams cone), guaranteeing thus the correct resistance of the same One must knead until obtaining a correct mixture of the product, approximately 10 minutes.

Preparation in hot or cold times notably impairs the quality of the concrete, so mixtures should not be prepared when the ambient temperature is above 35 ⁰C, or below 4 ⁰C, or when it is anticipated that in the setting time of the concrete these temperatures can be reached.

QUALITY

LAFAC light dry concrete is subject to manufacturing control, following the criteria established by the current EHE, on control of raw material used and manufactured product.

LAFAC light dry concrete is subjected to external controls, to guarantee the values declared in this technical sheet.

Any verification carried out on LAFAC concrete must be carried out by accredited bodies for this purpose, and following the indications in this technical sheet, since as it is not a finished product, we do not know the processes for both storage and preparation.

Note: LAFAC Concrete tests must be carried out in the laboratory, as indicated in this technical sheet, and always by accredited laboratories for this purpose.

SAFETY
