USES AND APPLICATIONSLAFAC H-30 Dry Concrete is prepared for use as structural concrete for work items where, due to its difficulty, the use of plant concrete is not possible, as long as the indications in this technical sheet are followed. PREPARATIONLAFAC H-30 dry concrete must be mixed in a concrete mixer, to achieve a homogeneous concrete, incorporating approximately 10% water, about 2.5 liters per bag, thereby obtaining a cone of soft consistency (6-9 cone of Abrams), thus guaranteeing the correct resistance of the same. Knead until obtaining a correct mixture of the product, approximately 10 minutes. Preparation in hot or cold times significantly impairs the quality of the concrete, which is why mixtures should not be prepared when the ambient temperature is above 35 ⁰C, or below 4 ⁰C, or when it is anticipated that in the setting time of the concrete these temperatures can be reached. |
QUALITYLAFAC H-30 dry concrete is subject to manufacturing control, following the criteria established by the current EHE, on control of raw material used and manufactured product. LAFAC dry concrete is subjected to external controls, to guarantee the values declared in this technical sheet. Any verification carried out on H-30 LAFAC concrete must be carried out by accredited bodies for this purpose, and following the indications of this technical sheet, since as it is not a finished product, we do not know the processes for both storage and preparation of the same. Note: LAFAC Concrete tests must be carried out in the laboratory, as indicated in this technical sheet, and always by accredited laboratories for this purpose. Keep out of the reach of children. |
SAFETYLAFAC H-30 Dry Concrete contains cement, so contact with the eyes and skin, as well as inhalation of dust, should be avoided. Gloves and protective goggles should be worn. Keep out of the reach of children. |
STORAGELAFAC H-30 dry concrete must be kept in a dry place, protected from inclement weather. |
